Betty Rocker 30 Day Challenge

​While I’m busy studying up for my personal trainer certification, I decided to try out different online challenges to see what I like and don’t like about each one. That way, when I start creating my own challenges, they are going to f**king rock so hard. 

I’ve started with the Betty Rocker Free 30 Day Challenge. I am going to refrain from mouthing off about my opinions and judgements until I do several more days of her workouts. So you guys will just have to wait. 

Above is day one, the Full Body Burn. I used an interval timer. It’s 3 rounds of these exercises, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. If you’d like to try this challenge along with me, go to the Betty Rocker website.
