Post Run Power Yoga πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I don’t have a lot to say today about my workout. I did the first day of week 4 of the Couch to 5k program and it was a little bit crazy. Running for 5 minutes straight would have been impossible for me a month ago. I brought the stroller and the dog and we ran to the grocery store and I DIDN’T get a cinnamon roll, which is a big accomplishment for me. I love those cinnamon rolls! Then we walked home. My dog is almost 11 and while I know it’s good for him to jog, he gets tired for sure. He did go in the river today and looked happy as sh** while he waded out into the currents and drank.

For this yoga session, I was following along with a video posted recently on Yoga With Kassandra. She’s a bad ass and I know I’ve said this before, but she’s my absolute favorite yoga channel.
