Early morning post run yoga. I’m doing the Couch to 5k running program, not because I’m actually a couch potato, but because I’m NOT a runner. I’ve already made it through the first 3 weeks and I’m up to 9 minutes of running—amazing if you consider that I have a bad knee which I’ve managed to overcome by strengthening it VERY slowly. 🏃🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️ For this one, I was following a YouTube video by Yoga With Adriene. She has a whole playlist for runners, as she is a runner herself.
